Inspired by the surrounding landscape

The Meadow Campground's primitive cabins were designed to make your visit a unique camping experience while enjoying the comfort of a nice bed, fresh linens, heating, air conditioning, and electricity. Cabins are comfortable, yet still primitive. The shower house is a short walk away, located behind the Coffee House. Reserve one of our Family Loft or Cottage Cabins.

All six cabins are nestled in Missouri's deciduous trees along the Salt River. 

You must be 18 years of age or older to book a reservation for a Cabin or Cottage.

Family Loft Cabins

Our split-loft cedar cabins comfortably accommodate six adults with three queen beds furnished with fresh, clean linens. One bed is on the first level and two are accessed via ladder on the split loft.

The first level is equipped with a cozy seating area, mini-fridge, microwave, hot & cold water dispenser, heating, air conditioning, TV, and DVD player. DVD rentals are available at The Coffee House. 

Outside you will find a stone patio with a picnic table, seating, large BBQ grill, and a large fire pit with grates. 

All cabins are nestled in the trees along the bank of Salt River.

To preserve our primitive aesthetic, our cabins do not have bathrooms, but the shower house is just a short walk away! 
 

Six guests are included in the price.

$15 charge for each additional guest, with a maximum of 9 (over age 8).

Pet fee: $15 per pet 

Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after.

Quiet Hours: 11pm - 7am

NO PARKING on the grass. Designated parking areas are located in the campground and around the Coffee House.

All vehicles must have vehicle tags to enter the campground, guests included. Please check-in at the Coffee House or call after hours.

Our one-room cottages comfortably accommodate two adults with one bed furnished with fresh, clean linens.

Equipped with a cozy sitting area, TV and DVD player (DVD rentals available at the Coffee House), heating and air conditioning.

 

Outside you will find a stone patio with a picnic table, stone seating, small BBQ grill, and a large fire pit with grates.

All cabins are nestled in the trees along the bank of Salt River.

After Hours Check-In

*Please note the Coffee House's current hours of operation.*

If you arrive after hours, see the clipboard on the front door of the Coffee House. Your designated site # and instructions will be posted there. Come to the Coffee House in the morning to sign paperwork.

Outside firewood is prohibited on the property. Transporting firewood throughout the state puts our trees at risk for invasive pest infestations. Locally sourced firewood is available inside The Coffee House for $7.00 a bundle. Help protect our trees.
